I had to wait 20 minutes to get placed in a room and then was told my crown was not sent from the lab.

We are so sorry you had to wait. Unfortunately emergencies do arise in dentistry and as soon as we knew we would be late seeing you, we tried to reach you at home but you had already left. We did immediately inform you upon arrival that we would be late seeing you and you said that was ok. When we got you ready for treatment, we were shocked to open the box from the lab and find they had not included your crown. We have discussed this with the lab and they have implemented new protocols to assure this will not happen again. We are happy we were able to proceed with other treatment you wanted and hope you are happy with it. We thank you again for your feedback and hope you will refer your friends or family and show them why you have been a part of our practice for 24 years!

The dental serve provide by Dr. Atkins is his staff is always outstanding. His office is I find is very professional, and they have always have provided me with excellent service over the years. It is truly a pleasure to keep my appointments because they always greet me in a warm and friendly manner, never too busy to answer any questions, and the waiting time is very short.

I have been a patient of Dr. Atkins for 20 years, so it's almost like spending time with an old friend when I get to visit. If you don't have a regular dentist, I recommend Dr. Atkins and his staff!

I was in for cleaning and even thou I am a bit nervous every time I visit the dentist I came out with a bright, clean smile.
The staff is extremely friendly and always make me feel welcome. The concerns I have of my teeth are immediately look at.
My husband and I love the office and we recommend it to anyone.

I'm not normally one for going to the dentist, in fact I tend to avoid it as much as possible. With that being said Dr. Atkins has been incredibly helpful, understanding, and took the time to explain why on everything. His staff is equally helpful, which just makes the experience even better.

I'm a white knuckle dentist patient. It takes all my courage to sit in a dentist's chair. All of my experiences at Dr. Atkins have been void of stress, it not downright easy!
