In efforts to achieve the best results for each patient, Dr. Anderson uses a variety of chiropractic techniques including Flexion-Distraction, Thompson Drop, Diversified, & Mechanical Percussion. As a Certified Spinal Decompression Specialist, he is a specialist in handling spinal disc compression conditions. He uses variety of soft tissue therapies including myofascial release, trigger point reduction, & muscle energy/balance techniques. He is also certified in the Graston techniques and features the Back Project system as a cutting edge treatment technique to enhance patient outcomes. If overall wellness is what you are looking for, personalized plans including diet review & supplementation will be developed as an adjunct to the foundation of chiropractic care. If you are in need of shedding a few pounds, Dr. Anderson also utilizes the Ideal Protein European Weight Loss Protocol with great success. I am a regular patient who comes in monthly for an adjustment. Dr. Anderson does excellent work and I feel like a new man after every visit. I play basketball a couple times a week and since I have started seeing Dr. Anderson I feel my body is holding up a lot better. I do not get as sore as I used to after playing for a couple of hours and my overall health has improved greatly. The rest of the staff is also very friendly and welcoming.

Dr. Anderson and his staff have been great to work with. They've taken a holistic approach to improve my overall health which I greatly appreciate. They've also been listeners to the various concerns/issues I came in with. Along with their effectiveness, I also appreciate the efficiency with which they conduct my appointments. If my appointment is at 12:30pm, I'm attended to by 12:30pm, which I feel respects my time as well. Overall, a great team that I would highly recommend.

Just before I moved to Colorado, I was told by a highly recommended orthopaedic surgeon that my spine injuries and subsequent problems were inoperable and that I must get used to the pain. He also predicted that it would only get worse as the arthritis and degeneration worsened. He prescribed a routine of major pain killers in series. Instead, when I came to Denver, I got a second opinion from Dr Zak Ibrahim. He directed me to Dr Anderson who recommended a regimen of spinal decompression treatments and adjustments. My pain is gone (unless I do something stupid), and my strength and flexibility continue to improve! Dr Anderson and Wellness Coach Branden Seidling are miracle workers!

I love taking my Honda Oyssey to Checkpoint. I started going to checkpoint for convenience; I can drop off my car, pull my bike out of the back end and pedal home until they call me and I return on the bike. But what i have found over the years (about 10)is that the job is always done right and efficiently. My vehicle is always ready in the time frame given; the guys call if there are any unexpected problems and to alert me when it is ready. I love that there are no surprises. Funny how so much less seems to go wrong with my car needing attention at Checkpoint than at the big dealers. The customer sevice is stellar and the price is right. Their honesty is probably what I like best. When I took in my old Toyota Previa at 250,000 miles after they had kept it in good shape for years, they finally told me that it was time to cut my losses and get a new vehicle. Thanks, guys.
