I arrived early and was promptly seen. The exam was extensive and the Doctor explained her findings to me. The main thing the Doctor did for me was put me at ease. I was extremely nervous and worried about what maybe found growing on me. Thanks for seeing me and I would recommend you to my family and friends.

Dr. Fisher is courteous, friendly and professional. She recommended a prescription medicine that has been expensive in the past, but with a courtesy card activated, there should be a significant discount. She recommended that I contact our pharmacy after activating the card, and see what the discounted price would be. She said to call her if it was still too expensive, and she would prescribe another drug. I appreciate that effort on her part.

I asked for written instructions for how to apply cream and none were given. I was told I needed a procedure and to schedule it right away but not about prior authorization needed from insurance company. When I asked a few days later about needing prior auth needed, your office said it was needed. Your office said they would call and get the authorization and call me. It has been over a month and no one has phoned. I have phoned and left messages and no one has returned them. I was not told if there was a cost for the procedure or co-pay. Emphasis is on cosmetics and "looking good" as you believe. Patient's concerns and questions are not addressed.
