I have been to this spa many many times and yet they ways ask and act like it is the first time I have ever been there. Surely they have records to show that I sm a loyal and frequent client. Also, even though the solarium is a dedicated quiet zone you can still hear the associates hanging out at the reception desk. They were certainly far more loud than anyone in the solarium which lessened the experience for me. I will still continue to go because I love this spa and it js convenient to my home. But they should be careful as I think some things are slipping.
