Arrival was great. Got to relaxation lounge for 8:30am service and waited until 8:45 before trying to find someone to ask about my service. I was there with a friend and they had already gone into service which meant that when they got out we would not have overlapping time to sit and chat prior to our next services. I was told this was normal and that services "technically" don't start until 10 minutes after scheduled time (This should be explained at check in) and if that is the case my friend should have still been waiting as well. I was finally picked up at 9:55.
I do have to say my massage with Bella was amazing. Once I was taken to the room for my massage it was freezing! I asked to have it warmed and was told a space heater had to be used. The heater was so noisy I could not relax so started a conversation with my therapist. When you are charging over $100 for a massage you do not heat a room with a noisy space heater.
I then had a body scrub with Naomi which was also excellent however I have neck issues and there was no face cradle for me to place my head in so I had to uncomfortably shift my head from side to side or hold my breathe so my neck could be in neutral while in the towel.
While the Vichy was running I was left for about 8 minutes. All other Vichy services I have ever had the therapist stays and does a scalp or foot massage. I just felt it was a disconnect with the therapist and value was taken away from the service.
Overall I really enjoyed the work the therapists provided but was disappointed in the overall experience. I would not return or recommend. I was a new customer waiting to be wowed and enjoy a day with a friend. No wow and we didn't even see each other due to the lack of precision with the scheduling.
