I have had the warm stone massage at least 10 times and this is the first time I was very disappointed. Dawn, who gave me the massage, left out so many required techniques. She did not massage my hands and fingers, or my feet and toes the way it has been done in the past. Also, she only massaged my neck and chin and neglected to do the rest of my face as was done in the past. The most surprising part was that she never placed the warm stones in a line on my back and in the palms of my hands to rest there for a few minutes. She kept the stones in her hands and used the oil so much more than the stones. The best part of the warm stones massage is feeling the stones resting on your body which I never felt this time! I was very disappointed with Dawn's techniques.
