Recently, the bookings in the spa have been inaccurate. When my stylist cannot apply my color and her assistant applies it, the customer is usually asked if they are ok with it. When my stylist was not available to apply my color herself, I was not asked nor told two of the three times that her assistant would be the one applying the color. The customer is usually asked during the booking. Has the booking staff changed recently?

Everything was great except the manicure massage. I added a gel manicure which was $40.00 onto my package of a massage, a facial and a pedicure. The manicurist did a fine job on the manicure itself but the only massage she included was a dab of cream on my right hand which she then took 1/2 of and put it on my left hand and very gingerly massaged my hands only. I have probably had at least 400 manicures in my life at a vast range of spas and salons and I have never before not received a full arm and hand massage and it is one of the things I enjoy most about a manicure. If this is standard for your manicures, I would suggest you change it. I would recommend the other services highly and the quiet room is wonderful but I would not recommend the manicure as I am sure others enjoy the massage as much as I do.

I have been coming to DePasquales for many years. It has been gradually going downhill over the last two years in my opinion. When I first got there last week, I went to the quiet room and waited for my decaf cappuccino. It finally came out about 20 minutes later and by that time I was being called in. My massage was wonderful. Liz did excellent. Then I went to shower. The floors in the bathroom were somewhat dirty. The area near the lockers where you can sit had napkins and drinking glasses on the seats that had not been removed by the cleaning staff. There was an older woman having a hard time putting her clothes on standing up. I took the glasses and moved them for her to the sink area as that is where I had seen one of the staff. When I tried to give the cleaning person the glasses she got annoyed and motioned to the sink as if to say "just put it there" and then began speaking to the other cleaning woman in Spanish (clearly annoyed with ME). I decided to just go into the shower and not argue. I got in the shower and it very obviously wasn't clean. There wasn't face soap and I had to use the body soap on my face. I had to wash off without a washcloth as there wasn't one in the shower area. When I was done I had to stand in the shower area for a few minutes then come out still wet because there wasn't a towel either!!! I basically dripped dry and used my robe to dry myself. At this point I was very displeased with most of the day. I was far from relaxed or rejuvenated. I left the shower area only to find the direct glasses still on the sink and no cleaning people to be found. There were use cotton pads and brushes on both of the sink areas. There was also a very limited amount of products to choose from. I went to the quiet room to sit and at least enjoy my cappuccino that Liz ordered for me at the end of my massage. It never came. I never saw a person I could ask for it either. My friend who was also there that day was waiting for her tea and she said that never came either. My day was not at all what I had hoped for. This has always been such a special treat for me to come here because it isn't something we can easily afford. This is my Christmas present every year and one of the few things that I relly look forward to. It isn't often that I get to feel pampered or like a princess so this is always one of my favorite days of the year. The last couple of times I haven't felt that way. I feel like I wasted $250 and I won't even get the chance to have a spa experience again for almost a year. To me, that is terribly unfair. I have been a good and loyal customer and have only ever come to DePasquales over any other spa available. I feel robbed.

Courtney was fantastic. She listened to my concerns and addressed them, I was very comfortable the entire time. It was definitely a deep tissue massage! She took care of a lot of the tightness I had in my back and shoulders and I feel great ! She explained to me what she was doing and what oils she used but also let me relax without talking the entire time. I enjoyed the experience vey much and will return!

everything was fine except that I asked for a cappuccino when I walked in and never got it? Of course it's not about the cappuccino.

Fantastic experience from beginning to end. The music in the parking lot sets the right tone, and the service at the front desk continued the experience. I can't ever say enough about Justin and the quality of his work and how he runs his business.
