My experience is always good. The staff is friendly and professional (from front desk to dentists). Appointments are handled in a timely manner - never have to wait too long once I arrive. Office manager (Doreen) always responds to any questions and handles issues appropriately and respectfully. I have had both Dr. Ackerman and Dr. Shah - both excellent. Stephanie usually does my cleanings - also excellent, detail oriented regarding teeth cleaning.

My experience was great . I have been going to the same dentist for 34 years. He does not accept my insurance so I finally cut the ties. I now have no out of pocket expenses and had a really positive experience. Scheduled my next appointment for 6 months already.

Even though I had a problem with my insurance and made the ladies at the front desk wait for about an hour until I figured it out, everyone stayed calm and was very nice to me. Seeing as this was my 3rd dentist visit in 19 years of life, it was fantastic. Everyone was quick, friendly and wonderful. Thank you!

Have been consistently pleased and impressed with the care provided to me at the office. The office staff is warm and thoughtful and the dental staff professional yet caring. Truly painless dentistry and every effort is made to have the experience be pleasent - amazing given what is being done inside our mouth!

Even with the fact that I just had my wisdom tooth out, this was the best dentist visit I have every had. Everyone was caring and sweet. Even when I went to fill the prescriptions, the people at the pharmacy had a comment about how great Dr. Schachter is.
