My experience was great . I have been going to the same dentist for 34 years. He does not accept my insurance so I finally cut the ties. I now have no out of pocket expenses and had a really positive experience. Scheduled my next appointment for 6 months already.

Even though I had a problem with my insurance and made the ladies at the front desk wait for about an hour until I figured it out, everyone stayed calm and was very nice to me. Seeing as this was my 3rd dentist visit in 19 years of life, it was fantastic. Everyone was quick, friendly and wonderful. Thank you!

Have been consistently pleased and impressed with the care provided to me at the office. The office staff is warm and thoughtful and the dental staff professional yet caring. Truly painless dentistry and every effort is made to have the experience be pleasent - amazing given what is being done inside our mouth!

Even with the fact that I just had my wisdom tooth out, this was the best dentist visit I have every had. Everyone was caring and sweet. Even when I went to fill the prescriptions, the people at the pharmacy had a comment about how great Dr. Schachter is.

I brought my daughter in last week for three small fillings. She was given 3 shots of novocaine and then the dentist started drilling right away. Naturally she was very uncomfortable so they immediately gave her three more shots! I wish they had waited a bit for the anesthesia to take effect. She had a rough night, and her lip was hanging way down on the side, which made me nervous. All turned out ok, and I understand the need to move things along quickly, I just wish there had been a bit of patience.
