Every seat of a patient should have sink next to it that the patient can wash his/her mouth she didn't have that. She didn't wash my mouth which is one the reason that the patient will swallow the blood and bacteria which is very unhealthy. She didn't offer the patient mouthwash after cleaning. She didn't clean half of the teeth.

Thank you for removing my wisdom tooth. It came out easier than I thought it would. I was surprised at the method of extraction but am pleased with the results.

I have Insurance and complete dental care. I was charged $15.00 for an Oral Exam. Wasn't told in advance there was going to be a charge and was told the $15.00 charge would be per visit for exam. Not covered by insurance.

Very professional team that works relatively quickly and explains everything every step of the way. Never felt like I was pressured into services I didn't need and they were up front about the costs of treaments I asked about and calmed my nerves about my concerns.
Was also impressed to see that Dr. Tincher did 90% of the actual exam/cleaning. Most of my previous Dentists would allow the hygenist to do 90% of the work, and the Dr. would usually come in for 3-5 minutes to look it over and tell you everything you already knew.
Glad I made the choice to come to this office, looking forward to the next one!
