Dr. DeMers personally left me two, not one, messages informing me that unfortunately my vision insurance didn't cover replacements, and that since it was a special-order lens she'd look into getting me a discounted price. In her second message she stated she'd just order the lens and give me a 30% discount. I was unavailable to take Dr. DeMer's calls, else I would have complimented her on her exemplary customer service. She realized that not only did I need an essential tool, but also that I needed to be able to pay a reasonable cost; and by providing both, she's secured my customer loyalty.

Thanks to Dr. DeMers, I'll be getting vision back without needing reading glasses; and she'll be getting a devoted customer. Now that's a win-win story!

I really appreciate the gentle touch Dr. Lesley gives both my little ones. They are on and 3. All the staff welcome them and make them feel comfortable being in an uncomfortable situation. Thank you

My appt. was at 1:30 PM. Got there at 12:00 due to my gal having an appt. at her doctors office at 1:00 pm so I went inside to fill out the paperwork early and then go around the shopping center till 1:30. An assistant took me in and got me started about a minute after filling out the paperwork Mr. Demer skipped his lunch to get me taken care of instead of having me wait till my 1:30 appt. I've been to mall eyeware places before and have never had the feeling of being the only person in the room the whole staff was looking out for and assisting with every question I had. My hat's off to you and your staff at Demers!! Thanks So Much!!!

My daughters and I had a great experience yesterday. Eye exams, glasses and the best customer service in town. We love them!!! :0)
