I've been Dr. Kennedy's patient for the past 12 years and have referred several friends and colleagues to his practice during that time. From start to finish, Dr. Kennedy and his staff always provide a welcoming, professional, and efficient experience. My experience yesterday of getting a cavity filled was yet another example of how awesome they are. During the exam when he noticed the cavity Dr. Kennedy shared with me his concerns about the placement of the cavity and some potential issues that might come up; he answered all of my questions; my filling appt was scheduled at my convenience; I received an email reminder several days in advance; the staff called me a few days ahead of time to see if I wanted to come in early; they got back to me immediately when I called with a question about how long the procedure would take; they were ready to take me in at exactly the stated appointment time; both Dr. Kennedy and his assistant got the work done in the expected amount of time and checked iin with me several times during the procedure to see how I was doing; after care instructions were clear and all my questions were answered patiently and thoroughly. What more could you ask for?
