Excellent service, as usual. I am a repeat customer over several years.

This time I came in for an oil change, after receiving an e-mail reminding me it was time my jeep had that done and offering me a 20% discount.

I called to make an appointment yesterday morning, and was able to bring my jeep in for immediate, while-I-waited service an hour later. That was great.

If I would offer any critique, i would note that I was advised the work would take 45 minutes or so. But it ended up taking about 80 minutes before I could drive my jeep off again. That's a very small quibble, however.

I will definitely be back. Over the last few years I have repeatedly recommended you to my friends who live nearby.

I have total confidence in your workmanship and in the honesty of your advice about necessary repairs. As a result, I am a loyal, appreciative customer.

I needed an oil change and had also been noticing a burnt smell after I'd park my car. Oil was changed and apparently the burnt smell was from a little puddle of oil which they cleaned up for me. Haven't smelled it again. I've been bringing my car here for almost 5 years and won't take it any place else. Thanks Dave, Dennis and team for always taking care of me.

I brought my car in about 2:00 on a Wednesday, Dave took a drive with me to help try and identify the noise I was hearing. Then we came back to the shop, and he diagnosed the problem. They ordered the part and I brought my car in the next morning first thing. He said it would be done in 2 hours, but I got a call in 1-1/2 hours that it was done! It was a bearing in the alternator and it really had to be done right away so as not to cause major problems. I appreciate their quick service and getting me to work on time! Dave always does his best to accomodate me and I'm glad they are in my neighborhood. When things don't have to be done immediately, he lets me know if I can wait, but this could not wait. I feel safe once again!

Great service, very helpful, thorough in their work, reasonable pricing, clean waiting room & restroom. (Waiting room needs water and magazines). Good location to take a walk or get a bite to eat while waiting for your car.
