Clear description of my problems and how and why they're implementing their attack, and in my case an attack was necessary. Considering my more extreme dentite state they kept a more positive attitude which helped. The unfortunate money handler up front could be a little less harsh when expecting payment on a procedure I did not know would be done until in the chair, and my insurance covered 100% of nearly everything except one part and she was trying to force me to pay the relatively minor balance. Her reply "they told you they were doing the procedure before they did it." I said "Yes, they did but they didn't say pay up now or get out of the chair." And it was a ridiculous statement in the first place that they told me before hand which meant in the chair with hands in my mouth, not the week before. And I was never informed about payment rules anyhow. No one said make sure you have some gold boullion when you come in. I was very satisfied with my treatment but the person up front needs to be very specific about payment before there is treatment so you're prepared and not ambushed after the fact. Because I could have shopped around pricing--and maybe found a dentist to take insurance as paid in full since most of mine was 100%. I realize the financial aspect has dominated my review but the actual dentistry I was very satisfied with and the people aside from the one dogging me after the fact. Would have been 5 stars otherwise.
