My first time a Culture was great! They were really focused on me and my hair needs which was very refreshing. I really love my new cut and can't wait to get my color done as well. Very customer focused and friendly, down to earth salon.

Awesome salon! All the staff is educated and up on the latest trends. Great products, best shampoo experience with comfortable chairs, scalp massage and hot towel for your neck. Marissa has been my primary stylist for 3 years now...she is wonderful! i always get compliments on my hair. In a pinch, I have seen other stylists as well and have never been disappointed. The whole Culture team is well trained and professional. Give Culture a try!

I like that Culture really makes an effort to keep things fresh and new on their website, in their newsletters and in-salon. I appreciated the "Pick-A-Prize" spring drawing on my last visit. No matter who washes my hair or cuts it, it's a 5-star experience every time with talented, super-friendly staff.

Annie did a great job. She really took the time to speak with me about my style, type of hair and how I envisioned my hair. She passed on helfpul tips and I appreciated her feedback! I would not hesiate to make an appointment with hear again!

The atmosphere of the salon was very nice and everyone was friendly, but I was unhappy with my actual haircut. Shireef is an entry-level hairdresser at the salon so he was very careful and took a long time cutting my hair, which is fine, but he basically refused to cut it as short as I wanted. He kept telling me it would be shorter when it dried, which I said I was ok with, but I had to ask him twice to go at least an inch shorter and he went about 1/4 inch shorter. He basically tried to make me feel stupid for asking him to cut it shorter. I might go back and have someone else cut my hair in the future, but for such high prices, I want to get what I'm asking for!

I don't like to complain but finding this request while cleaning up my email, I just had to respond.

I had my hair cut by Rachel almost a month ago and I have to say it was one of the worst haircuts I have ever had. I asked for two things: minimize problems with my cowlicks and have my bangs long enough to brush to the side. Not only were neither of these requests honored, my hair is going in more directions than I would think possible. I have to wash and style at least once a day to tame it. For this I paid more than I have ever paid for a haircut.

My coloring by Annie was also a disaster although time has brought back some of my natural highlights. I left the salon with a mousy dark blond color. The extra $$ I spent for treatments to condition my hair were worthless - my hair was dry and dull for a few weeks after. My $9.00 home coloring left my hair with more shine. The hair coloring was more than twice what I was paying in a salon. This was the third time I have tried your salon over the last seven years and each time was a major disappointment. I could never recommend Culture.
