This was actually the worst experience that I have had at Dr. Maxwell's office. I was in a month before for a cleaning and he noticed decay around the base of one of my crowns. He picked and prodded until it became sore. I then phoned for an earlier appt and the first available appt was a month away. After a month of discomfort I went in for this appt to have the crown replaced. I have TMJ and with the temporary crown my bite is off. This is causing me excrutiating pain even when I am not eating. I hope the permanent crown is better than this one. The dental assistant and her intern were having problems getting things to fit correctly.

The staff is professional, knowledgeable, and cheerful. The office is spotless, and the equipment up to date. Plus the location is easy to find, and parking is plentiful. I trust Crestwood Dental with the health of my teeth.

Pleasant experience all around. Employees event sent a get well card for when I had toe surgery. Very thoughtful. The team, including, Dr. Maxwell always have smiles and get to know your family. I know I'm in good hands with my dental needs with his office team.
