Griselda, the hygienist, is very professional and caring. She explains everything to you in a way that shows she is compassionate and genuinely cares about you! The staff is very friendly.

Professional, intelligent and friendly Doctors and staff. Many thanks to Dr. Black Jr. and the elite team which you have assembled.

On my visit I was treated by Dr. Marshall and nurse Andrea, whose knowledge, professionalisim and chair side demeanor is at the apex of dental treatment.

Long waiting times for appointments, restricted appointment times, unfriendly front desk/scheduler, re-schedules multiple times, when you show up, the appointment is not on the record, needs customer service training/program, overall not a pleasant experience - they are doing you a huge favor so take it or leave attitude.

I'm revising since 15yrs ago other then having to wait 4 1/2 hrs for a exam & consultation i was given the opportunity to take avantage of a open appointment slot to start my cleaning process right away...that was awesome.. still the best office I've ever been to...thx...

Most of the support staff are friendly and professional, I do question the professionalism of one or two persons. Some of my pertinent questions were answered.

I am not 100% confident with my assigned doctor. While I found him to be a friendly person, I realized some difficulty with regards to being able to have consultation with him when I had what I considered important concerns.

I might have given a higher rating if I had been assured the confidence I need in order to participate fully in my treatment and oral care.
