There's no way in hell im giving Coxco Transmission any good reviews! After tricking us to bring the car in, they took the transmission apart with out telling us. Then said you need a new transmission now lets run your credit and see if you get approved. Sad to say but our credit isn't all that. So then he said with Xamount of money we can start repairing it. We told them no just to put it back together and he said we have to charge you to do that. We didn't tell them to take apart the transmission so why should we be charged. Long

story short, we didn't have all that money they asked for so

we lost our vehicle to them. Now four yrs later they sent me a notice through my email saying its time for a check on our transmission. I do not recommend Coxco to anyone!!!!!!! (It won't let me submit with out giving a star. The only reason I gave them one star is so that everyone could read my review and be cautious.)

I would never take my truck back to cosco because of the lousy job you did on my transmission, even dough it has a five year warenty.They had to remove transmisson to replace the oil pump and gasket. When they open it to replace the gasket thay found that the pump was shot. It looks that you never replace the pump even though you charge for it. Ihe trany had been overhual by your staff and you charge me over two grand.Now only afther fourteen months it fails.It took you two and a half weeks to get it runing before i could pick it up from Cosco.You also charge me for $643.40in Unnesesary costs,plus $297.00 for the pump.They had to replace $241.23 in parts including the pump. That is a total of $1181.63 that Cosco needs to refund me back.My phone#210-240-1138 if you wish to come to setlement if will see you in Court and report you to the BBB. Onofre S Gonzalez.
