Back last year Dr. E helped me with a contact problem...using a mono lens and reading the computer screen. I really appreciate what he did for me.
HOWEVER, here it comes...there is a staff member at the desk that ALWAYS makes me feel like I am the biggest burden to him when I come in to order lenses or pick them up. He is very sour and not friendly or customer driven at all. Everyone has a bad day but this guy has had his bad day for two years! It really makes me think twice about using them anymore or recommending anyone to them.
