I will not be returning for future appointments. I was disappointed that each time I went in for an appointment, I saw a different doctor. Once, the doctor looked me and said I looked familiar. Well, yes, I look familiar because I was a patient! Also, the doctor's fingers had a foul odor when I was being checked. At one appointment, the front desk had no idea I had an appointment and had to confirm it. That's not good business. The worst part of my experience was when the doctor argued with me over daily wear contacts when I said I didn't want to have daily wear. And lastly, the event that made me decide to never return after being patient with all these events was that the contacts that I was put in were WAY too strong for me. When I called, the staff had an attitude about it and didn't apologize for their mistake. Overall, this was an awful experience and I wasted my time and money. I am going to a new Doctor this week to start over. I hope things get better for your practice.
