Great service and nice selection of glasses. Everyone who I encountered was very nice and professional. My only complaint is that when I picked up my glasses, they weren't able to fit them to my face and they fell off every time I looked down. I went somewhere else to have them fitted.

I walked into their clinic the other day because I had difficulty reading. At 46 years of age, I had never been to an optometrist. The staff greeted me warmly and was very attentive to my needs. They quickly did some precursory checks and had me examined by Dr. Sea. I come from a family of medical professionals, and I have never encountered a doctor with a more pleasing bedside manner than Dr. Sea. She made me feel relaxed, thoroughly answered all of my questions, was extemely patient and left me with the impression that she genuinely cares about my well-being, just as if she was a close family friend. I was then handed to Kara, who took me through one frame after another till we found a style I could agree upon. She covered all the pricing options, clearly pointing out the bonuses and drawbacks of each, so that I could make an informed decision. Since then, I received my glasses in a timely fashion and have had some follow-up calls to check on my status. I can not say enough about how pleased I am with this choice of service.

I am HIGHLY impressed with the professionalism of Comfort Vision. I walked in there today 1/24 for my appointment and I was greeted with great respect, the person who did all my testing was very nice and personable and the doctor was extremely throurough and friendly. This is a great place, and I will continue to do business with Comfort Vision. They really know how to treat customers, especially new ones. All I can say is GREAT JOB!!!!

I took my 6 yr old son for his first eye exam. He is very shy and was adamant that he did not need or want glasses. Dr. Sea was very good with him and he did great with the exam and it turned out that he did need glasses and she very gently explained to him about wearing them. Another thing I liked about them is I scheduled the appointment on Friday for that Saturday. The staff was all very nice and friendly and very attentive. I will definitely be returning there for the rest of our family's eye care!

My husband and I are new in town, so after reading all the great reviews we decided to try Comfort Vision. We were not disappointed. Their staff was very nice and welcoming.

Dr. Sea was very kind, patient, and extremely knowledgeable in her field. Sarah did our initial eye exams and she was wonderful, then I think her name was Kara, she was extremely helpful in helping us pick out our glasses. I couldn't see close up in the mirror, so she took pics with the computer so I could see what I looked like in the glasses.

The only reason I'm writing is that I must have misplaced a bill that you sent for 35.00. After the girl talked to me I didn't like her tone or her verbage on the phone. I have tried to keep in mind that people don't pay you sometimes. I also am aware that I have Molina health insurance. I used to work in a hospital and was very aware of people being biased against people on medicaid and medicare.I think a kind word to me perhaps you have misplaced the bill, may I send out another for you. Anyway because I worked in a hospital before I know to go somewhere else if need to. I also know people make mistakes I have.I think enough is said.
