On 11/4/2014 we spoke to your wife about the open bill from 7/3/13, that you were questioning as well as monthly billing. The 7/3/13 bill was for releveling your furnace after you had flooded, which is not a service covered by your maintenance agreement. We agreed to credit that invoice as a courtesy to you. At that time we also discussed the fact that your monthly charges have not been charged to your credit card since 5/2014. At the time, your wife said that she would relay all information to you and that if you wanted to proceed that you would contact us. Since we did not receive a call from you, we were under the assumption that you and your wife decided not to proceed. We apologize for any confusion that may have occurred.
