I arrived for my appt. 20 minutes early, there was no one in waiting room. I waited 35 minutes, during that time I hear laughing and loud voices inside from staff. I got up, went to counter to request I see the dentist, I was motioned to enter office only to discover it wasn't me they wanted to see but a walkin customer that came in after my arrivial. I became upset!
Then to add insult to my feelings I am rudely told that there are other customers that need attention. No one else was in office except me and the walkin!!
Then there is that $5.00 for "OSHA Sterilization Fee" that was demanded payment before I would be allowed to see dentist. I had already paid your company nearly $1100 for my procedure and now you want another $5.00 for every visit fo this lame fee?? When we finish this procedure, I will NEVER come back and will tell everyone I know to STAY AWAY from your business!!!!!
