I am actually quite upset. I was not asked or told that the cancer screening was going to cost money. It was only when I left that I was asked to sign the sheet consenting to it and then was charged 59.99. I didn't make a stink because I was in a hurry to get to my sons appointment (I had to move the dental appointment up to accommodate for this). I do not smoke or chew and would have declined this treatment had I known it was 60 bucks. Very Shady!

Except for the last 2 visits. I have been pleased with you all- but now the costs are becoming prohibitive! I find it hard to believe I was charged 311.00 the last 2 visits! Antibiotics sooo expensive? I really

cannot believe for a very few spurts would be so very much. I am going to shop around and see if you all are THAT COSTLY!

I arrived for my appt. 20 minutes early, there was no one in waiting room. I waited 35 minutes, during that time I hear laughing and loud voices inside from staff. I got up, went to counter to request I see the dentist, I was motioned to enter office only to discover it wasn't me they wanted to see but a walkin customer that came in after my arrivial. I became upset!

Then to add insult to my feelings I am rudely told that there are other customers that need attention. No one else was in office except me and the walkin!!

Then there is that $5.00 for "OSHA Sterilization Fee" that was demanded payment before I would be allowed to see dentist. I had already paid your company nearly $1100 for my procedure and now you want another $5.00 for every visit fo this lame fee?? When we finish this procedure, I will NEVER come back and will tell everyone I know to STAY AWAY from your business!!!!!

I went there because I know one of the dentists and he is very good and a great guy. As far as everyone else there, service provided, waiting time, proper billing...I am disappointed. I agreed to all charges and paid 100% of the amount I owed and then I started getting statements. It is frustrating to get a bill for something that you have already paid for 100%. It has been 6 weeks and my insurance company has not yet received the proper service identifications for the work done. Can you please finish your old patients before you take new ones and screw up their billing as well......

I was satisfied until I received the estimate on the cost for bridges. I'm having problems with my Prestige Ins Co & until I can get my Medicaid re-instated I won't be able to make an appointment for my bridge. I will eventually be making an appointment.
