The lady at the reception made me pay full, despite of the fact that in the previous visits my insurance covered the cost. I checked with my insurance and I still have some amount remaining. I think it's really because the lady at that time didn't know how to work the records.

This was a walk- in appointment from a new patient after 5:00pm. We usually try to accomodate our patients with the electronic transmission but in this case the patient's insurance did not accept to pay the dentist directly. Our secretary tried to be helpful and explained we cannot change the person's insurance policy.

I had a dental emergency that popped up, and not only were they able to get me in less than an hour after I called, but they did a great repair job in very little time, with virtually not pain.

I am very dissapointed with the service. There is no notion of customer service in this clinic.
Docntors and nurses have not communication with the patient. My doctor even does not bother to tell me what he is going to do. Open the mouths does the work and charges my bill!
Lat time after the anesthesia he left me in the room with open mouth for 20 min and they totally forgot that I was in the room, I felt suddenly I could not breath with mouth open, covered by green rubber , in horizontal position...
I am sorry but you clinic sucks!!!!!I feel treated like shit and being rubbed, by the expensive bills I am charged and the poor quality of service, All my teeth are sensetive and in pain since 3 months I got some of my teeth filled. had to do a root canal only after 2 month of filling the cavitiy..The doctor name is Harandian.
