I brought back glasses that were sold as being "really unbreakable" after the wire rims broke. A $600. pair of Nike glasses! I brought them back for repair and I was immediately told they couldn't do anything until I first paid an additional $25 to initiate the repair process. I said: "they are expensive glasses bought less than a year ago and they should be repaired under warrantee". They said no $25...no repair!
I paid the $25 and mentioned I needed these glasses for an upcoming out-of-country trip in two weeks.... No problem...right? Two weeks later, I call to check status and the office is closed for 3 days! No one bothered to call, no one offered anything resembling good customer service. I have no glasses as I prepare to leave. After I pick up my glasses I'll NEVER return.

Hi Jack - as you are aware, we are working to address the situation you reported to me here. The issue boils down to not being able to get your glasses lenses replaced on time, and your prior lenses did not fit the replacement frame sent by Nike. Its one of the reasons we no longer encourage the use of glass lenses. Nonetheless, we will resolve this for you as we have discussed with you. Hope your trip is a good one.
