Dr. Martin is excellent, however, I was very disappointed to have to fill out pages of forms when I knew for sure nothing had changed. With all the efficient equipment for checking the eye, I am amazed that the office does not have an electronic system for updating patient information. It would be so much easier to review the information, and sign off, rather than have to hand write all the same information again. Not such a great experience. I'd rate the experience as a 10 with this warning.
Thank you for your feedback. We'll look at your suggestions. The main reason we do this is to comply with regulations from insurance companies and now the federal government which mandates what information we must verify and keep (even if they are not the payer), but I hear you. We'll see what we can do!
