As always, everything was excellent on my last visit. The staff was very nice and helpful. Dr. Martin took his time and explained his finding in a manner that I could understand. The visit was very timely. No delays.

My wife Margaret made appointments for both of us immediately after receiving the notice from your office. For some reason, when we arrived to check in, we were told that there was no appointment for my wife. As your records would indicate, we always have consecutive times for examinations. When checking on the time we were at your office, it appears that my appointment was pushed back, and my wife was taken immediately after I was called. We had no other scheduled appointments, but if we had, we would be late.

Thanks for the feedback Kevin.

Your insurance unilaterally changed the contract we had been under that last 12 years, and cut our reimbursement to such low levels we would lose money every time we see a patient with your insurance. The only way to make that work is to become a HIGH PRESSURE sale practice - and that's not us.

I do know your insurance has an out of network options that will reimburse you for expenses if you continued to see us. I hope you'll contact them and find out how it works.

Medical Assistants are very friendly and efficient.

Dr. Martin appears to be very knowledgeable but I felt like he was rushing. When he checked my eye site, it appeared like he was evaluating what I can see at a distance, now up close. I work in an office and the majority of my work involves long hours at the computer. It didn't appear that he check my close up vision but maybe all the pre-exam scans checked that. Anyway, when I went to the front the girls asked if I wanted to get glasses and Dr. Martin really never spoke of glasses or I would have told him, close up work is sometimes difficult, not far away. Sorry I am rambling on. Just wanted to give you details.

The day before, my cat was scratching and chewing various areas, and seemed to be in a semi bad way. After Dr. Schorr examined him, with testings, and gave him a shot of decadron (cortisone) he sttled down, and the next day was not at all repeating his "itchy" behavior of the day before. This is a wonderful company. We have been dealing with them now for several years and received nothing but superior service. Over the years they have replaced our heating and cooling system with the highest quality of materials and workmanship. We depend on them at least twice a year to service our cooling and heating and have never been disappointed. Manny or Mark are usually the ones who respond but we have had others also.
