i came in for service last saturday...i made the appointment on friday and received a call back to confirm the appt at 8am. when i arrived there was no record of the appt though the team did fit me in. I came in for fix a rear tail light bulb and your team recommended an alignment. i waited 2.5 hours for the service and left soon after. it could not have been more than 1 hour that the rear tail light was malfunctioning again. in addition, my billed included "misc charges" that have not been explained to me. So now I have to take more time and come back to fix the tail light and come back to have my bill adjusted. this is all very frustrating for a person who cant just pop in during normal work hours. i would like for the service manager to call me so we can discuss this. the experience makes me wanna take my Jeep business elsewhere in the future
