The office management of Central Bucks Dental has slowly been getting worse. The systems are more informative, howeer the office management has become impersonal. My most recent bad experience was with the office manager. It was related to a service that the Dentist said would be covered by the practice, the assistant noted in my folder that there would be no charge for the service. When I schedule my apointment for the returned visit, I commented to the office manager that the return visit should be of no charge. She said that there was nothing in my records stating that. I recieved a subsiquent call from the office manager saying that she double checked and there was no such note in my file and that the service would require full payment. Upon further negotiation the office manager and I settled on me paying for 1/2 of the cost, I was not happy about paying. When I attended my appointment I asked to see my records. I went thru my records with the office manager. We found that note that indicated that my service would be covered by the practice. I did not have to pay.
