I was very pleased with Dr Caven and his staff, their service and explanations of what they are doing are top notch. Another Dentist recommended I get a very expensive unnecessary crown and Dr Caven offer me and my wife a free second look. He recommended I get a much less expensive less invasive filling an throughly explained why. The work they did on my fillings was very good. They have earned our business for the future and I would definitely recommend them.

My usual check -up was performed - a cavity as found and although there was no treatment appointment scheduled with Dr Caven,just the check-up he managed to fit me in there and then and the situation was dealt with in his usual professional manner - therefore it was not necessary for me to return for a filling. As always - I am really pleased that I managed to find a dentist who cares so much, and even I can go to him without being extra nervous before an appointment!!!

I have no complaints about the service I received from Dr. Carlson. However, I was very disappointed because the follow-up visit I was scheduled for the following day was booked incorrectly and I did not see the massage therapist as was the intent. The appointment was rescheduled for a week and a half following that day. I was very disappointed about the lack of communication from the scheduler and the delay I am experiencing in getting into the therapy, which is very much needed.read more …
