Came into the office with no appointment and was promptly helped. After providing information about where my most recent eye exam took place, the staff called to retrieve my prescription by fax. I was able to pick out some frames and leave the office with a promise of a pair of new sunglasses being ready for pick up in about one week's time.

I did not have to wait to set up an appointment or to see the doctor once I arrived. The staff was friendly and helpful (and fun). Dr. Marshall was very thorough and competent. (I have been going to eye doctors for nearly 60 years, so I know!) This was my first of what I'm sure will be many visits.

I was seen quickly & efficiently. My only complaint is to have to travel 30 miles rather than 10 for my testing. However, I understand that all the equipment cannot be at each location if used infrequently. The receptionist was very courteous. Dr Marshall is always very informative & answers any questions thoroughly & gives good advice.

Yeargan's Top Notch Automotive
Although I have had a good experience at Yeargan's before, the service this week was not very good. We took the car in for a 165K manufacturer-recommended service. The car was in the shop for two hours and all that was finished was the oil change. We needed our car at that point, so that's still all that's been done. Apparently the one working on it had to leave for a Dr. appt, which is fine, but no one even called us about the increased expected time frame.read more …

I had the most wonderful dental experience at Dr. Tzendzalian's office. I was scheduled for a root canal that is in two parts. My initial feeling about the whole thing was extreme fear. I was mainly concerned about the pain, but the only pain I felt was the 3 or 4 needle pricks. I had the choice of two movies and was provided a blanket. I watched all of the first one and part of the second one because I fell asleep. I felt very relaxed during the procedure and pleasantly good afterwards. I am actually looking forward to part two and my cleaning. Thanks Dr. T and Naza for that wonderful experience. NSread more …
