I had put off getting routine dental care for a long time after becoming disenchanted with a previous dentist and failing to find another practice I trusted. I came across Cambridgeside Dental online and was impressed by their positive reviews, so thought I'd give them a try since they are located close to my workplace. My experience there was the best I've had since my pediatric dentist. The hygienist was pleasant, down to earth, patient, thorough, and clued in to my medical issues and medications that affected my cleaning/exam. The dentist was personable, gentle, and thorough. Both the hygienist and dentist were very informative, explaining the Xrays and results of my exam, and answered all my questions. They made clinical recommendations that were clearly explained, but there was no pressure or hard sell (which is what turned me off about a previous practice). No preaching, no guilt, no high pressure sales pitch. Altogether a professional but also a pleasant, non-intimidating experience. I have found my new dental practice!

The staff is the reason I travel from Tewksbury to get my dental work done. Now that I don't work in Cambridge, it is not convient to go here but the staff make it well worth the miles.
