I've always been leery when handing over my vehicle for repairs/service work. I've been burned too many times by automotive shops that try to get you to replace everything under the hood. Mark and the other employees of Callaways go above and beyond to make sure the issues that need repair are fixed/replaced in a timely manner. They don't give you the runaround and are honest and courteous.

We have been taking our cars to Callaways for about 10 years and have always found them to be honest and diligent.

We recently had a problem with our car that seemed to be related to some work done previously that was still under warranty.

Over the course of about 3 months, Mark and his crew worked to locate and fix the problem, which kept recurring. They were true to their word and honored all of the parts and labor under warranty.

I'm pleased to announce that after the most recent repair, the problem is finally resolved.

My husband and I continue to be happy customers of Callaways and will continue to take our vehicles to them.
