Joe's Auto Care Inc
I took my car in for a routine oil change and tire rotation a week ago. The mechanic went beyond the requested work and found the transmission fluid was in dire need of changing and I needed a new battery, which I suspected before but had not mentioned to them. They were able to take the time to change the fluid and put in a new battery, saving me time by taking care of everything at once while I waited. A couple days later, I was hearing a strange noise with the front tire and called Joe's Auto and Jason was very concerned about the car being okay to drive to their shop, so he sent Keith to our home with a tow truck to check the tire. (Jason was more concerned about my safety than with the tire!) After all the worry, Keith found the problem right away. Who knew a small stone caught in the wheel tread could cause such concern! Needless to say, I was truly embarrassed! Joe's Auto to the rescue! I have recommended Joe's Auto to other friends for their honesty. Thank you for everything!read more …
