My insurance company changed and I needed to find a new dentist. Most that my provider listed worked several various locations and had low reviews. people complained about not seeing the same dentist. I called and spoke with Shannon, even though they were an out of network provider. Shannon was very helpful and told me the fees up front. Since my provider would cover most of the amount, it was a no brainer. I was able to be seen two days later. Everybody was very pleasant, even with a steel hook in my mouth. The rest of my family will also be changing to Dr. Carington. I drive further than need be and pay a little out of pocket, but for the quality of care I received its worth it.
