I all ways have great service and love what they do for me but the one time I do not check my eye brows after waxing 1/4 of it is missing thank goodness for bangs.

Love the highlights I had put in my hair.

I would come in more but the cost to have my hair done is a lot for my budget.

And when you have the specials it always falls on the weeks I don't get paid. Wish you could run those specials for a longer period of time. Not just a few days.

My stylist Megan was great! I got exactly what I wanted and she is a doll! I would have given 5 stars if it weren't for the girl cashing me out. I had a coupon that the salon emailed me. When I presented it the girl gave "a look" to the girl next to her and asked if she could use it. She said yes and it was honored. That "look" that she gave made me feel like I was a pain in the rear end customer asking for something unreasonable when it was simply a 10%off coupon the salon had sent ME! You should never make your guest feel that way, there is no reason. I completely understood her look and wanted to call her out on it but that would have just been even more classless than her actions! Better get the girls on board for respect!!
