this dentist is dead?!!? no one has called, sent a letter, or anything about what is going on. i cant get my records what am i to do! i have cavities and root canals are needed.

I got an email from this office today to remind me of an upcoming appointment. I was unaware that the office had re opened. Was never informed that Dr had died. Found out thru a staff member that I ran into at the store. Piss poor business practice if you ask me!!! I have been trying to call to get my records transferred and cant even leave a message, let alone talk to someone!

This office is apparently closed. No one answers phone, no way to leave message. Can't get my records, but still getting text messages and emails to remind me of upcoming appointments????? Office didn't even let me know as a patient that the Dr had died. Heard that through grapevine and had to confirm by doing own research.

I just love Kara and her staff. I can not say good enought things. If you live in the Lehigh Valley I highly recommond this place. Kara takes the time to make you feel comfortable and does an outstanding job. I won't go to anyone else. I trust my family's teeth to no other.
