Let me start off by saying I have a major phobia of the dentist. In fact i was able to avoid the dentist for 20 years! Bad i know but when I finally made the appt and got to the office this place was AMAZING!!! I of course needed further dental work and have gone back twice with two more visits in my near future. Everyone in the office is absolutely great and very caring, they always make me feel at ease and i'm able to successfully get through my appts!!!

The staff at Bright Side Dental are rockstars! They are so kind and friendly and will work around your schedule. In fact, one of their dentists came in on his day off to perform my surgery because it was the only day that fit my schedule. Such dedication! In addition, the dentist called me the day after my procedure to check on my healing process. I have never felt more welcomed or appreciated at a dentist's office before. I will definitely recommend Bright Side to any family/friends that need dental work done. Thank you BSD!

It is the best place for the treatment. Recently I did my wisdom tooth extraction and it is the best place for all of you who is planning to have any dental treatment. nice place, friendly environment. All the staffs including doctor treat you very nice. Price wise its the cheapest place for any one who want to take care of their dental treatment. I am planning to do my cavity treatment too and i got the place which is bright side dental, royal oaks. If you want the best service with the affordable price then you must visit to this place.
And what a nice dental office to change to. All the staff were nice and friendly, and the Dr took time explaining everthing and all options, I am happy with my new dental :)
Where do I start? Well, how about the beginning of the day.
They were late opening the place.
I asked if everything could all be done in one day, the doc says sure. A couple hours later they tell him it can't because of a lack of supplies or something.
I just happen to see the tools the we're going to use and they were DIRTY! It look like dried food was stuck to them. The nurse didn't even seem embarrassed, she just said, "Oh, I'll just it those changed out."
They over booked so bad the place was way too busy for the staff.
The attitude of the assistant made me uncomfortable. I had some questions about the procedure and she made me feel like questioning was unreasonable.
The doctor was cool, but later I found out he missed a cavity I needed taking care of.
I sat around so long my novacane wore off, a couple times. No exaggeration, 12 hours.
I've had +/- six X-rays already. WTF!
