I've bounced between 3 different doctors over the last 14 years because each and everyone was lacking in some way. I guess 4th time is a charm, because ever since I was referred to Boise Vision Center, I have been extremely pleased. From their text message reminder system, to their online resources, to the appointment, to the patient care, everything was top notch. Color me impressed!

I was thoroughly impressed. They took me on time and moved me through the process incredibly quickly. EVerything was clearly explained as I went from the from the front office to ultimately meeting with the doctor. I am all about fast and efficient with my schedule. In saying that I never felt rushed, I simply appreciated that there wasn't a lot of wasted time.

I am always treated like I am the only patient they have in the clinic. My wait time is minimum and the staff is professional and pleasant. Even with the electronic records, I don't feel ignored.
