I love coming to Boise Vision Care. I always have a great experience during my appointment.
I would like to say that I don't like getting three different type of contact for confirming my appointment. I first got an email and I confirmed my appointment through that. Then I got a text a few days after that. And at that point I called in and told you guys that I already confirmed my appointment through email and that I would be coming to my appointment. And also mentioned that I confirmed through email and that I do not have unlimited texting and that I have to pay for each text sent/rec'd and that I didn't want anymore texts. And then a day or two after that, I rec'd a phone call to confirm my appointment. I think that many confirmations is unnecessary. And I felt as though if I didn't confirm each time, that my appointment would be canceled.
