AWFUL!!! If I am paying $75 for an hour of her time, I feel I should be a top priority, not whomever is texting her. She spent more time stopping and texting than she did doing her job.. DOWN RIGHT RUDE!! It was not relaxing at all, with the constant stopping... I figured since they were higher than Spa Manhattan and Massage Envy, the experience would be amazing... BOY was I wrong.. FIRST and LAST TIME!!!

I do apologize that your time with us was not everything that you expected. Our therapists are not allowed to being cell phones into the treatment rooms. The clock in your massage room stopped earlier in the day, so your therapist was allowed to use her phone to monitor her time, to ensure you received your full service. I am sincerely sorry for any disturbance this may have caused you.
