I love Raul!! He's a great stylist and I look forward to seeing him each time I come in. I see people buried in their cell phones while getting their hair styled and I can't believe it!How rude! Your staff is delightful and every time I'm there I feel like I'm hanging out with old friends.
I do, however, have a couple of complaints. One, my last appointment was made from your emails for 15% off and I did not receive my discount at checkout. I called the salon, several times, after I got home and couldn't get a hold of anyone. I left a message finally, and I still haven't heard back from anyone. I'd like a $6 credit (15% off the $40 haircut I got) put on my account for my next cut. Second, a friend visited your salon a few weeks ago and gave your stylist Dana my name as a reference so that I could get the $20 referral discount. Dana never gave my friend the form she needs to fill out to name me as her referral. Third, you still don't take tips via credit card. I never carry cash, who does any more, and I always have to mail Raul his tip a few days later.
Despite my complaints, I still love your salon and especially Raul!!

Hi Mercy, We appreciate your feedback. In order to receive your discounts or referral money we ask that you mention it or present any coupons upon checkout. We will be more then happy to apply it and look in your file for referrals. As far as referrals, there is no form that you need to fill out, the person that is receiving a service will need to mention that you had referred them for a cut or color service and it will be marked in you client file. As for gratuities on credit cards, we apologize for this inconvenience. We try to keep costs down as much as possible for or guests and this is one way that we can. We will credit your account $6.
