I was very underwhelmed by my facial. The serenity room was far from serene; students leaving a yoga class were loud in the hallway, and fellow patrons were laying on the floor of the room instead of sitting on chairs.
The facial room was incredibly bright! It was very hard for me to close my eyes and relax because the upper windows had no coverings, and the sun was shining in. I had only ever had a facial in a darkened room, so the brightness of Blue Heron's room was very weird to me.
The facial itself was fine; however, I found "bits" of the mask on my face later that day. Perhaps that was an oversight, but it was embarrassing that I left the spa with flecks of organic cherry mask on my face! (And with how bright the room was, you would have thought she'd notice.)
