Dr. Pelton and the staff at Birmingham Vision Care are top notch! Had four appointments scheduled for myself and my children - they all ran on time and were seamless. Everyone at BVC takes pride in their jobs and it really shows!!

We consistentyly receive superb service from Stephanie in Optical. She always goes beyond the call of duty to make sure that the needs of our family are fully satisfied. Our family loves Dr. Baxter and the time she takes with a though exam in which she addresses all of our concerns and answers our questions.

We feel very well taken care of by these two ladies (and ofcourse the wonderful front office staff)!

Would have been 5 stars except they recommended me for laser eye correction without warning me about the prevalence of side effects.
