The facility is nice. I noticed the young lady at the front is not very friendly. You all put a sign up about no signing in till lunch for employees is over, and they don't open the clear glass till the exact time. I think ppl who come in early for appointment should be able to sign in and be spoken to nicely. You get the feeling you are not important till we get back from lunch. It's awkward. Also I noticed there is no privacy for patients. It's all out in the open. For my son that's very tense. I really hope you all don't separate Medicaid patients from private insurance patients. That's the feeling I got. Lots of personal conversations going on between employees. When my son and I and nurse were trying to exit out, there was group of employees talking and we had to go completely around them to get out. They didn't budge to let us go through, with a friendly thank you for coming or anything. My son used to get at least a sticker and praise when leaving a dentist, but not at this facility. Didn't seem like ppl enjoyed their job. When working with kids, all the focus should be on those kids no matter what. Even if your not working with that child. I just expected employees to be more child centered and happier. Being at the dentist can be very tense for kids, and Bippo comes out, but the employees are what make the atmosphere comfortable and fun also. I got the stare when I came in the back with my son. I think you all would rather no parents, but my son is very well behaved and I don't leave his side. I didn't feel comfortable leaving him back there. Especially if I didn't notice friendly faces and smiles to comfort him. Great looking facility, just need more comfort towards kids and their parents. Thanks.
