I liked going to Bills be ause it was very convenient. However, I spent over 3 gs here in a year. Call me gullible because I never researched the repairs they were doing on my car. I got smart this last time and shopped around. I am very disappointed with Bills. They gave me a price of 1200 to replace 6 spark plugs. I was told it would take 7 hours for labor. Even if it took 7 hours that should be about 700 fit labor and maybe 100 for parts. That doesn't add up to 1200 though. When I called around I was told this job would take 3-4 hours. I ended up calling Bills back to tell him my findings and he would not budge on the price. I ended up taking my car to Toyota and paid under 400. Moral of the story, shop round before having Bills do any repairs. I will no longer trust Bills.

I have done my research and also shopped around myself. We have made a mistake with the labor guide. Sometimes the guide is wrong and causes us to misquote job either to high or to low. In this case we mistakenly quoted you much to high as far as the repairs for replacement of your spark plugs. I know you feel like you were be taking for a ride but the truth is we made honest mistake. In the defense of the employee who made the mistake I can see how it happens. Being unfamiliar with our labor guide system was cause for all the confusion in the estimate. It wasn't until after you called a second time that I began my research and saw where the error was made. We are terrible sorry, I realize your position and I myself if put in it would feel the same, but I cannot stress to you enough how unhappy we are with the mistake and how sorry we really are.. I hope you will find it in you to realize that we are everyday people to and sometimes we do make a mistake. Again my deepest regrets regarding the matter.
