Big Ed's replaced the tires without event, They are always friendly and courteous. The tires were fine and balanced properly. The wheels were dirty from the work and could have been wiped off after putting the tire on. I had to wash the wheels with detergent to get the grease/dirt off of the wheels. They removed the wheel locks without the key from me. The time for the service was well within expectations and I was able to wait for the car to get completed.

Wanted to go shopping or to the fair, but needed to get my tire fixed instead. Big Ed's was great to me. The manager helped me with the service and I got out of there in no time. The price was very reasonable, and the service was exceleent. It's the only place I go for tires.
