There are alot of new people. No one told me that. I was expecting dr.Dallas when I went before the end of the year and got his collegue but I did recognize him. This time it was a lady who I've never seen before. She hit my sinus cavity with the numbing needle and I've had a weird tickle in my nose for two day it is diminshing now however and she did manage to get my tooth out in one piece. She did try to leverage the thing she was pulling my tooth out with on my lip that hurt. Otherwise the staff is incredible! I love all the people who help there they are super friendly and nice and always try to make your day a great one and really understanding.

Dear Patient,
The local anesthesia temporarily affects the surrounding tissues along with the tooth since those tissues are innervated by the same nerve as the tooth. A surgical removal of the back molar tooth sometimes requires enough retraction of the cheek to gain access to the surgical site and to prevent any tissue damage. Did not fill the front tooth that filling fell out that they installed. Had three teeth pulled and was in pain for 3 weeks.

The receptionist's behaviou was harsh. Further she wrote on a piece of paper an estimate of the co-payments I would need to make, when I wanted clarifaction on it she rudely snatched the paper from my hand and revised the amount.
