The level of professionalism at this establishment is unparalleled. Dr. Prager and Dr. Ryan are extremely good at what they do. Yesterday was my second visit and easily the best encounter I have ever had at a dentist office. Highly recommended!

If anyone is looking for a Dentist who is capable, uses the latest technology, is wholistic in his approach to health and wellness and really sensitive to the patients' needs then you need NOT look any more! Dr. Praeger and his staff are amazing. They are warm, professional, and caring. I avoided going to dentist for the last 6 years because of a very bad experience; I could not get numb enough and learned that there are different kinds of Novocain. I take the one that doesn't create the adrenaline reaction in my body, which seems to quickly cancel the Novocain numbing affect. Dr. Praeger and staff are the best!!! Nanci, the dental hygienist, who did my deep tissue cleaning, was so very wonderful. What could have been an awful, painful experience over several visits was not because she is the best anyone could ever have. She has years of experience and is so warm and positive. I actually had fun seeing her! That is not the usual for a dentist visit! I have no dental fear in that office. That is a miracle with my history!!!! Dr. Praeger is your dental answer. If there is a dental heaven...his office and staff is it!!!

Dr. Prager has been my dentist for years, but he seems to be getting better all the time (if that were possible). I accidentally bit into something really hard and thought I had cracked an upper molar and dislocated the (opposing) lower molar (which has a crown). In a lot of pain and fearing the worst I went to see him.

I expected the worst but Dr. Prager saw it was just a minor issue of bruised nerves and that everything would be fine. He is far more interested in determining the truth and caring for my dental health than any dentist I've seen. He's got my ultimate recommendation.

I WOULD JUST LIKE TO SAY THAT SINCE I HAVE MADE DR PRAGER MY DENTIST MY HEALTH IS GETTING BETTER AND BETTER I HAD ALOT OF WORK DONE STARTING WITH MY GUMS AND REPLACING ALL THE OLD METAL FILLINGS I HAVE INVESTED ALOT OF MONEY IN MY MOUTH AND HAVE NEVER FELT BETTER SO PUT YOUR MONEY IN YOUR MOUTH YOU WILL BE GLAD YOU DID HE IS THE BEST DENTIST ....THANK YOU DR PRAGER FOR ALL YOU HAVE DONE ...JEANNIE PIPER

As always I was pleased with my visit. Your staff was responsive regarding providing me with an option of other dental providers that could deal with an old issue. I was not satisfied with the feeling I got in that particular office (ask Michelle about the details).

I left a message today to see if both primary and secondary insurance was considered when giving me a quote for my September visit.

Even though I showed up a week early for my appointment Erin shuffled things around so I could get my teeth cleaned. Everyone accomodated my needs, Michele, Dr. Prager and all the staff.

Please let Michele know that I found the attachment for the difficult tooth, and was able to get deep into the area to clean. Thanks so much to everyone for such caring attention and flexibility!

As a teenager, I had a horrible dentist experience. It left me afraid and avoiding dentists. I went to Dr. Praeger 25 years ago for my son and found myself in the hands of a caring and gentle professional. I have stayed with Dr. Praeger even after moving more than an hour away from B'ham It was the best decision I ever made.
