I had my car in the shop twice last month and spent more than $1500. for repairs that were not done correctly. My car is doing the same thing again and Bellingham Auto says they can't get me "in" till next week nor do they have a loaner car for me. I've been so very patient with them but obviously the shop doesn't have the sound expertise they profess to have.

One of the hardest things to do is find a shop that is honest and reasonable. I found such a shop when I took my Dodge Ram 1500 to Bellingham Automotive.
Not only is the work done well but the staff is excellant - they have a customer for life.
And if that is not enough - they have loaner cars too! Just can't say enough!

Derek was my contact person while my car was in the shop last week to diagnose a strange noise. A test found a problem that was only two months out of warranty. He called the dealership and talked with a manager who agreed to fix the car at no cost. It saved me $700-$800. This is exactly why I have been bringing my cars to Bellingham Automotive for so many years. Thanks to all!
