I got a facial today but when I got home, my face started to breakout more. The extraction sites was the worse - seem like she didn't do it correctly :( I was also being charged with a full price even though I got an email saying "Last Minute Appointment - 9:00am get a 60 min facial with Amanda, save 25$!"

I'm sorry to hear of your break out. Acne prone skin often breaks out after a facial, especially after extractions. During your check out it should of been explained that promotions cannot be combined since you were paying with a promotional gift card from the radio station. We appriciate your comments and will use them in our next team meeting.

Yoshi is the best stylist/colorist I've experienced in the salon since my first visit. Sadie was perfectly engaged with creation of my b'day personal blend, and made it fun; one tall gal with medium length, reddish hair contacted a mgr over a question I had & got right back to me while I was still there. I was very impressed. The "air" has improved--I may consistently return. Because there have been times I felt like an object to sell product to. It was early on Friday morning & not much going on yet, so maybe that's it was so enjoyable. But I'm hoping for more.

Bella Sirena provides a soothing environment when you walk in the door, providing tea and water immediately upon arrival. The staff are friendly and remember your name. Ariel gives one of the best facials in town, talking at length before hand to assess not only what your skin needs, but what you are concerned about and finding ways to help. The Aveda experience is exemplified in that no minute is not put to good use. You get your money's worth and leave feeling relaxed and glowing.

Nice place and ambience. I love my stylist Jamie. She makes me look good every time. I just feel a bit pressurized to buy their products when it comes to billing, which is an experience that I would like to avoid.

This practice is amazing. From the time that you are greeted warmly at the door, to the time that you practically regretfully leave, the service I received was outstanding. Dr. Wendy takes all the time she needs to do the job to achieve her very high expectations for outcome. She asked Dr. Michael to consult, who was attentive and professional. The staff has been with then for a very long time, and you can tell that they work well together and are happy. Everything is always explained as the staff works, and preps you for the next step in your care. The warm parafin mitts for your hands, a movie while you sit in the chair, a blanket if you are cold, and a latte or hot cider on your way out should also be mentioned, as they are all offered!
