The interior door handle mechanism did not work, making it impossible to open the driver side door from the inside. I arrived at Beckley at 8:00 a.m. without an appointment. The door handle was fixed before noon, and I picked the car up shortly after lunch. I apreciate the prompt and efficent service from Beckley.

The folks at Beckley's were very courteous and helpful. We had some difficulty with the rear brakes on our Toyota Land Cruiser. Beckley's diagnosed the problem right away and contacted me with recommendations and a very accurate quote. The vehicle was repaired and they were able to pick me up and bring me back to the office on short notice when my other ride fell through. The service at Beckley's is exceptional and I trust them with any repair work. I will definitely be going back to them for any future work on my vehicle.

Aaron and the others at Beckley were my salvation! While half way through a 600 mile journey the water pump on my Saab needed to be replaced. Our hotel clerk recommended I go to Beckley. I showed up at Beckley's shop unannounced at 7 am and the car was ready to go by 4pm. The shuttle service was invaluable to me as a traveler in an unfamiliar city. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, not that having car trouble in 100 degree weather is something one would ask for. Too bad I can't drive 300 miles each time I need service. I wish I could.
