VERY POOR! They are not following MARYLAND LAW!!! The law states contact and eye glass prescriptions are valid for TWO YEARS uness there is a valid, clinical reason for it to be less than two years. This practice has decided to create their own office policy requiring their patients to come in for a yearly exam AND contact fitting in order to refill their prescription. This means you have to pay for the exam and $100..+ EVERY YEAR when all you want is a refill on a VALID prescription. Very said that they are blatantly disregarding the law because they say it is not enforced. I guess running a red light isn't against the law unless you get caught!. Just out to make a buck!

Dr. May and Dr. King have provided excellent care for my eye appointments. They are patient and take the time to listen to any issues I have. They also explain what the tests are for and what my results were.

I missed seeing Dr. King, however it was my first appt. with Dr. Mays and was very nice to meet her. She was great. The whole staff is very pleasant and thorough. Also, through the years I've truly appreciate their flexibility with my appts. as it seems to be ever changing at times with my schedule. Thanks again and see you next time. :)

My visit with Dr. May went very well, and based on that I would be more likely to provide 4 stars, but my experience with scheduling my original appointment did not go so well. My original appointment was scheduled for April 23. I received my email confirming the appointment and did not contact the office because there was no need for me to reschedule. When I arrived for my appointment, I was told that it had been given away because I did not call to confirm it. I was told that the appointment was just a placeholder until I confirmed. My experience with other doctors is that the appointment is mine unless I call to cancel. I then had to reschedule a month out and take time from my family, once again to make the appointment. I found this experience very frustrating and hope that steps are being made to improve it in the future. Thank you.
