I have been bringing my vehicles to Va Tire & Auto of Falls Church for the last couple of years for inspections and minor repairs. I have developed a trust with this business because they have always been upfront and honest about any repairs that I've needed. However, I feel like there were some hidden costs on the purchase of my tires this week that could have been shared with me before I committed to the purchase. There were taxes and labor charges that should have been discussed at the start, rather than when I showed up to have the work done. When I am told that the price is $185 per tire, including balancing and mounting, I would assume that means "installed". I will think twice before committing to another purchase at your dealership.
