TOP 10 REASONS WHY BABCOCK AUTO CARE IS THE BEST (in no particular order):
1) Babcock Auto Care provides a courtesy shuttle service to and from home/work. I've never had to wait more than 5-10 minutes for a ride. The shuttle drivers are very kind and enjoyable to talk with.
2) After calling several auto care shops, Babcock Auto Care has the most affordable prices overall (labor, parts).
3) Babcock Auto Care has a modern, comfortable waiting area with something for everyone (i.e. TV, fireplace, newspapers/magazines, puzzles, kids' area, coffee/tea).
4) Great customer service. The desk staff and mechanics are helpful, friendly, take time to explain things, and answer questions. They call and keep you up to speed while your car is being serviced.
5) Babcock Auto Care always calls the day after to check on the service that was provided and make sure the car is running okay. My doctor doesn't even do this!
6) Babcock Auto Care has a Royalty Rewards program. Every 300 points earns you $10 off certificate.
7) Babcock Auto Care sends service reminders, birthday greetings, and deals via email.
8) Babcock Auto Care is there when you need them. One night, we were on our way to the Twin Cities, had a tire low on air pressure, and couldn't get any gas station air pumps to work. In a panic, we called Babcock Auto Care just before they were closing and they said that they would wait for us. We drove into their express service and the technician kindly filled our tire and checked the rest of them for free. We were in and out of there in 5 minutes and felt reassured while we traveled.
9) Babcock Auto Care is responsible and honest! We had some major work done on our car, which they discovered would be covered under our extended warranty. When they found out afterwards that the repairs had to be done at the car dealership service department, Babcock Auto Care did not charge us and ate the cost, which was over $2,000. Wow!!
10) Babcock Auto Care provides great service, in a timely manner, and at an affordable price. They frequently try to find ways to reduce costs and save you money.
Wow, Michael, thank you for the rave review. I enjoyed both trips with the shuttle with you last week and look forward to hearing about your kid's sports during our next one! It was unfortunate that the warranty company gave us the green light to do the repair and then backed out:( But in the end, we already had your car for several days and torn apart. It didn't make sense to put it together, have you without it longer and not just fix it. Hopefully that never happens again!
