I have been going to the Aveda Institute for approx 3 years. Primarily for hair color services. I love supporting the school and have only had one occasion when my color didn't turn out the way I requested. On that occasion, the staff was quick to schedule another appointment for me. Very accomodating! The students are great and the instructors are very knowledgeable. I highly recommend them!
I realize the young lady that did my manicure and pedicure is learning so I feel like I have to give her a little break, however, I still paid for services that I felt were lacking!Less than 24 hours later my manicure has chipped and my nails were cut way too short. I am disappointed to say the least.

Everyone was friendly and very helpful. They listened well to what I wanted, offered suggestions when I asked, got one of the best haircuts and highlighting jobs EVER! I am very pleased.
I cannot believe that I have lived here for over 20 years and didn't know about this place! It cost me $38 to have a style done that would have cost $100+ anywhere else. Its not a fast process since they are students and have things checked every once and a while, but for that price I will be patient!
