after waiting for over two hours and learning that the mechanic first had the wrong truck information and being told i would not be charged the full one hour for this appointment , iwas still charged and told that it would cost almost one thousand to replace the lines, i went to another shop for a free estmate , and was in and out in about 20 mins and told that the one line was leaking and charged almost 400 less and still had the dryer and rest replaced and system recharged to factory specs. works great now . i would not recomend others, as i have done so before many times before

I took my truck in for a very specific issue, an oil leak. While the staff were professional and addressed other issues at a condsiderable expense, I still have the OIL LEAK.

I was traveling across Oregon and 4 hours into my trip My Alternator went out, I was stuck in a unfamiliar place and on a serious schedule, The team at Auto Sop Northwest was AMAZING!! They were on the phone for hours trying to get us our part and doing everything they could to help us in the middle of there already crazy busy day.I was so happy with their service and kindness, you would not think there were still people out there like this. I also had two small children with me which they called around town for us to help find ways to keep them entertained, and the Owner gave us a discount, the service is undeniably the best I have ever seen! They made us feel at home while giving us the best service possible, I can not say how much this meant to me and my family, What an awesome business Thank you to Rick and Lauren and the rest of the crew for helping us out and going the extra mile :D Not to mention the honest truth about what we should wait for and making sure we got the best product possible!! My experience at Auto shop Northwest left me remembering there are still good people out there who care about your needs. I was traveling with a friend and two small children and broke down near Oregon city. We were in the beginning of a long trip and the Alternator went out on my car. The folks at this shop were fast honest effecient and had excellent service, They worked so hard to get us back on the road that SAME DAY!! They also called around town trying to help us keep our kiddos entertained. THEY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND to help us!! I would get towed a hundred miles for this service compared to anywhere else on the planet... Great job, keep it up Thank you Rick Lauren and the crew for doing it right!!!!!!!!!!!

For 5 years I have depended upon Auto Shop NW to keep my ageing pickup in top form with twice yearly visits. Under the new team, the day after a spring check-up, I detected a puddle of antifreeze on my driveway.
My radiator needed replacing. Now they want to charge for diagnostics. I am not an auto mechanic, I depend upon others. I am not secure with the service provided.

After an "inspection" at a dealership my engine mounts were rated "failed". It was an expensive repair. So I went to Autoshp Nw for a second opinion. Turns out my engine mounts were fine. I trust this business and have 3 cars serviced here. They are always ethical & honest.
