This is my new favorite place! I have never had a better experience at a repair shop. I had taken my car to the dealership and body shop for repairs and got the run-around from both. I was treated with courtesy and respect from the moment I first called the office to the moment I picked up my car. They are competitively priced too. There were four things I wanted the mechanics to check out, and it ended up costing less than the body shop, who was only going to fix one issue!!! I'm sending everyone I know here!

Excellent Service!!

We just moved here from out of state and I have never experienced such professionalism from an auto repair shop. From the front desk staff, to their technicians, they all deserve kudos.

Efficient and friendly service. Dropped my car off at 7am and it was ready when I went to pick it up at midday, as agreed. They did offer to drop me off at work but I did not need a ride. They threw in a free external clean and vaccum.

I have been to Auto Check One several times, and have had nothing but top notch service as well as excellent work. My spark plugs were in bad shape, but I couldn't afford to replace them at the time and Auto Check One did it for me at no additional charge. Matthew and his staff are awesome!!

Nice people, quick service

I was told 10 to 15 minutes wait time to replace a cabin air filter and it 30 to 35 minutes. Overall, the staff was nice and provided a shuttle service.
